About SSC

BRICC PIA
The Innovation Hub is part of the BRICC PIA, an AFOSR sponsored intermediary for industry, small businesses, academia, government, and other agencies. The BRICC PIA is powered by the Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation. VT-ARC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) applied research corporation chartered by the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. VT-ARC’s vision and mission is to be a leader in innovative technologies that safeguard the nation and advance global welfare. We accomplish this through a proven model of partnerships with multiple academic institutions, industry, and government to solve complex issues by identifying and applying cutting edge technologies, delivering superior analytic and technology solutions.
About The Innovation Hub
A place to form new partnerships, utilize unique resources, and advance technology goals.
The Innovation Hub offers a suite of services in a collaborative environment to bring government, academic, FFRDC, commercial, and industry personnel together. This collaborative initiative supports U.S. Space Force’s and SSC’s vision to deliver commercial space capabilities to support global mission priorities and joint warfighters.

65,000 feet of collaboration space and 20 conference rooms with event spaces that can accommodate up to 250 guests
AWS Gov Cloud
The Innovation Hub hosts an AWS GovCloud Sandbox to provide users with compute and storage resources to rapidly develop and prototype software solutions

A team of event coordinators work onsite to help manage audio/visual systems, plan events from start to finish, and more
