About events at the Innovation Hub 

The Innovation Hub hosts an average of 40 events per month, ranging from 2 to 250 people. We have 20 conference rooms, over 300 hot desks, and a variety of configurable open spaces to meet any event need. The entire facility is completely unclassified.

Request an event

To request an event at the Innovation Hub, please reach out to ihub.events@vt-arc.org with the following information. Please note, space requests should be submitted a minimum of one week in advance.

Date and time

The date(s) and time(s) that you’d like to host your event. If you have any flexibility, please let us know.

Attendance

How many people you’re expecting to attend your event in-person. Additionally, let us know if you’re willing to open your event up to other government teams. 

Event Description

Please let us know, in a few sentences, the topics and goals of your event. Every event at the Innovation Hub must have a T3 (technology, transition, transfer) purpose. 

Government Sponsor

Every event at the Innovation Hub must have a DoD sponsor who is not a contractor. Please share their name and email when requesting an event.

April 30 – May 1: Space Information Dominance Expo 2.0

Pleas join the Innovation Hub, Space Force, UCCS, and Data Mine of the Rockies for the second iteration of The Space Information Dominance Expo (SIDE). This event brings together leaders from defense, academia, and industry to explore the evolving human relationship with knowledge.

🎯 Expect 2 panel discussions, 3 keynote speakers, 1 welcome session, Data Mine of the Rockies Symposium Poster Session, and of course networking!

May 5: CFE Tech Demo

Our partners at Combat Forces Enhancement invite you to come learn more about the work they’re doing with CFC. This brown bag lunch event is open to government and military personnel who would like to learn more about the CFC chain of command and how to address operational challenges. 

This event will take place from 11:15-12:15 here at the Innovation Hub on May 5. No advance registration required. 

May 13: Waffles on Wednesday

Please join the Space Force Association for the return of Waffles on Wednesday here at the IHub from 8-9am. This networking event is perfect for anyone in the space community looking to make new connections. No advance registration required.
